Verification by DNA sequencing
Verification of the APEX-based analysis findings by dideoxy sequencing (29 € per mutation) is available on request. Sequencing is performed by ABI 3730xl GeneticAnalyzer.
Diagnostic package already includes verification of the APEX findings by sequencing.
Returning of DNA samples
If necessary the remained sample material will be sent back by courier (95 €) or postal parcel (49 €).
Hard copy of the results
Hard copy of the genotyping results will be sent by registered mail (23 €) on request.
Diagnostic package includes hard copy of the interpretation report.
DNA extraction
DNA extraction from blood (35 €) and saliva (27 €) is available as supportive service to the genotyping.
