Geneetiline konsultatsioon<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neurofibromatoosi<\/strong> (NF) all tuntakse gruppi neurokutaanseid s\u00fcndroome, millele on iseloomulik kasvajate esinemine n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemis ja nahal. Kasvajad haaravad pigem n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemi tugikoe rakke kui neuroneid. S\u00fcmptomid avalduvad s\u00fcnnihetkel.<br \/>\n2) <strong>NF2<\/strong> \u2013 akustilised neuroomid, kuulmislangus, tinnitus, tasakaaluh\u00e4ire, pea- ja\/v\u00f5i seljaaju kasvajad, kataraktid noores eas, sekundaarsed ja bilateraalsed vestibulaarsed \u0161vannomatoosid, esineda v\u00f5ivad ka caf\u00e9-au-lait laigud. Haigus algab tavaliselt 10-aastaselt.<br \/>\n3) <strong>\u0160vannomatoos<\/strong> \u2013 mitmete \u0161vannoomide (n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemi healoomulised kasvajad) ja harvem ka meningioomide esinemine. S\u00f5ltuvalt \u0161vannoomide arvust, asukohast ja suurusest v\u00f5ivad s\u00fcmptomid varieeruda. V\u00f5ib esineda kroonilist valu, tuimust, kihelust ja\/v\u00f5i s\u00f5rmede ja varvaste n\u00f5rkust. Tavaliselt avalduvad s\u00fcmptomid 25.-30. eluaastal.<br \/>\nNF t\u00fc\u00fcpe eristatakse tavaliselt kliinilise pildi, r\u00f6ntgen\u00fclesv\u00f5tte ja biopsia tulemuste alusel.<\/p>\n<p>Testiga on kaetud teadaolevate NF p\u00e4rilike vormide ja teiste NF s\u00fcmptomitega haiguste geneetilised p\u00f5hjused. Hetkel on osad haigusseoselised geenid veel tuvastamata.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ik kolm NF t\u00fc\u00fcpi v\u00f5ivad p\u00e4randuda <strong>autosoom-dominantsel<\/strong> teel. Ligikaudu 50% NF1 ja NF2 patsientidel leitakse de novo mutatsioon, pooltel patsientidel on tegemist p\u00e4riliku mutatsiooniga. NF1 ja NF2 haigusseoselise mutatsiooni esinemise korral avaldub haigus 100% juhtudel, s\u00fcmptomid v\u00f5ivad varieeruda. Erinevalt enamikest teistest autosoom-dominantsest haigustest, hakkab kasvaja arenema kui <em>NF1<\/em> v\u00f5i <em>NF2<\/em> geeni m\u00f5lemas alleelis on muutus. Somaatiline muutus <em>NF1<\/em> v\u00f5i <em>NF2<\/em> geenis v\u00f5ib tekkida elu jooksul n\u00e4rvis\u00fcsteemi rakkudes.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160vannomatoosi p\u00e4rilikud vormid moodustavad 15% k\u00f5ikidest juhtudest, varieeruvad suuresti s\u00fcmptomite ulatuse poolest ja avalduvad poole v\u00e4hemal m\u00e4\u00e4ral kui NF1 ja NF2 .<\/p>\n<p>NF1 moodustab u 96% k\u00f5ikidest haigusjuhtudest, sagedus \u00fclemaailmselt on 1:3000.
